Large trash pickup reminder - Pickup is scheduled for Thursday, August 21st, 2025. Please put your trash out at the curb no sooner than Wednesday evening, August 20th, 2025. Reminders will also be sent via email and Facebook.

Brush pickup reminder - Pickup is the week beginning Monday, September 7, 2025. If you have any questions, please call the highway department at 649-7700.

The 2025 dues remain the same as last year ($250/single family homes & $125/duplex). Please add a note to your calendar to pay by 02/28/25. Pay your dues via Zelle hoa@briercliffhomeowners.com or mail to: Briercliff Homeowners Association, PO Box 461, Hamburg, NY 14075.
